Thursday September 19th, 5-7 PM

Organic Parks Green Drinks: Learn how the City of Grand Rapids will implement organic lawn care at four parks of Heartside, Highland, Rasberry and Kensington. Midwest Grows Green’s (MGG) Ryan Anderson, EarthWorks Turf Regional Agronomist Chad Kuzawa and Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation staff present during this WMEAC networking night at City Built Brewing. Friday September 20th, Noon- 2 PM

Organic Parks Lunch & Learn: Tour the organic  Heartside Park and learn from MGG and partners how they manage the fields with no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Register at bit.ly/GRGGlunch19

Saturday September 21st, 1 – 4 PM

Stonyfield PlayFree Field Day: Stonyfield Organic is proud to work with the City of East Grand Rapids to enhance the quality of fields at John Collins Park by offering financial assistance and education for an organic maintenance program free from the use of harmful pesticides.
